Logan, UT- Cache Valley Area Association is helping to educate the community on the way to reach true financial independence. Their lives will not be revolved around their jobs that they hate, if all of your expenses are taken care of then your are free to chose a job that you love. Preston Parker, President/Founder, said "passive income is the way to true financial independence. If more people understood this concept, America would be a much happier place."
The Cache Valley Area Investors Association was started in July 2007. It is a non-profit organization and there are currently 50 members. Parker Preston is the President/Founder and it is a free and open membership. They meet every other Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Cache Chamber of Commerce at 160 N. Main St. in Logan, Utah.

Burger Planet just hired fitness guru Jayne Peteresen to their team to add healthier alternatives to the already delicious and well known menu. Petersen and Burger Planet are working together and are now offering healthy choices like all white meat chicken and apple slices. When asked about her relationship with Burger Planet Jayne Petersen said, "The company believes in encouraging customers to live healthier, active lifestyles and I have spent my life trying to teach women that lesson."
Petersen is well known for her weight loss tips, she recently helped Opal Whitcomb lose 75 pounds and changed her lifestyle so she has been able to keep it off. She emphasizes moderation, "women can have a burger and fries now and then as long as they are active and also try some of Burger Planet's exciting new menu choices, such as the fruit packages."

It is a very broad topic and can be seen all throughout our lives, sometimes you don't even realize how much it is needed. Every company out there has to have some form of public relations. It's a way for them to communicate with the public and get their message across. One of the biggest tools that a public relations professional uses is a press release. It allows them to get their message to the public, in a way that is different from an advertisement. An advertisement is paid for and can say exactly what the company wants it to say. A press release is written and given to the media and you can only hope that your information is taken in the form you want, or even taken at all.
