Tremonton, UT- Ten Utah State University students and their instructor were involved in a tragic car accident this afternoon. Seven were declared dead at the scene, and four were flown to neighboring hospitals, there condition is unknown.

Although the cause of the accident is not known yet a Utah Highway Patrol Lieutenant Jason Jensen was at the scene minutes after that accident occurred and told us, "if I were to guess the cause of the accident, based on my 11 years of experience on the force, I would say that the speed the car was traveling played a major role."

Noel Cockett, Dean of Agriculture said, "These were a great group of students, one of the best groups we've ever had. This is a huge loss."

Logan, Utah- Ted Turner and Bill and Melinda Gates were seen in Abuja, Nigeria today getting off a plane together to meet with local African officials. The mayor, Malik Ok, tells us that there has been an agreement made with several foundations, including Turner and Gates foundations, to fund the building of several education buildings throughout Africa. The mayor tells us that they have a ten year plan to get these education buildings up and running by local people. They simply need the funding in order to get it started. Local people will build them and workshops will be given with an emphasis on health. The mayor tells us that people are dying simply because they are not educated on proper health practices. They want to raise awareness and stop these unnecessary deaths from occurring. The goal of this project is to teach people how to support themselves.
